Timory Ridall, Co-Founder and CEO, is a highly trained and awarded Registered Nurse with a broad range of healthcare and management experience. Timory started her career in General Surgery and Orthopedics, gained further experience at the award winning Trauma ICU at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and then moved onto Pediatrics at the world renowned Children's Hospital of Philadelphia before becoming Director of Health Services at The Peddie School, a private boarding high school in New Jersey.

Timory holds a B.S. in Nursing (BSN) from University of Rochester. Timory is a member of the Association of Cannabinoid Specialists and of the Cannabis Nurse Network and has a graduate certificate in Cannabis Science and Medicine from University of Vermont, Larner School of Medicine.

Kysha Pierre-Louis, Co-Founder and President has over 25 years of executive leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of ensuring the quality and profitability of company credit portfolios. Kysha recently served as Chief Business Officer of OppZo, Inc. a fintech startup where she was responsible for developing and executing business strategy, driving revenue growth, managing operations and leading the risk, lending and compliance functions. Kysha previously served as Head of Government Contracting Finance at White Oak Business Capital, and worked at HSBC in corporate banking managing a portfolio of Fortune 100, Fortune 500 and large corporate companies.

Kysha Pierre-Louis holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Smith College.
